MyClutch is built for students. Your data is yours. This page explains exactly what we collect, why we need it, and what we will never do with it.
We collect the following information when you create an account:
Your information is used solely to provide the MyClutch service: storing and displaying your extracurricular activities and volunteer hours.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, with row-level security ensuring each user can only access their own data. Data is stored on servers in the United States.
We use Google Sign-In as an authentication option. We only access your basic profile information: name, email address, and profile photo. This is used only to create and manage your account.
We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google services.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings page inside the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent — we don't retain your data after you request deletion.
MyClutch uses browser localStorage to store your theme and display preferences on your device only. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
MyClutch uses Stripe for payment processing. We never store your credit card information — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to their privacy policy.
Our one-time export purchase is $4.99 USD. By completing a purchase, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older, or that you have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent.
MyClutch is designed for high school students aged 13–18. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (COPPA). Users aged 13–17 may use the free features independently.
For paid features, users under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the purchase. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us using the form below.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of MyClutch after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
