MyClutch Terms of Use Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

This MYCLUTCH Terms of Use Agreement governs your access to and use of MyClutch.

By accessing, registering for, or using MyClutch, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and by any policies referenced in this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you may not access or use MyClutch.

If you use MyClutch on behalf of a student, family, organization, or other person, you represent that you have authority to accept this Agreement for that person or entity.

2. The Service

MyClutch provides the web application located at myclutch.net, tools, and resources designed for extracurricular activity tracking, volunteer hour logging, data portfolio organization, and college application preparation support for students.

MyClutch is an organizational and informational tool. MyClutch is not a school, admissions counselor, college admissions authority, scholarship provider, volunteer certifying organization, legal advisor, or educational guarantor.

3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years of age to use MyClutch. Users under 13 may not create an account or submit personal information to the platform.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may use MyClutch only under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed this Agreement and agrees to it on your behalf. The parent or guardian is responsible for the minor user's use of the Service and for any purchases or submissions made through the account.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep account information reasonably current.

You may not sell, transfer, lend, share, or permit another person to use your account credentials. MyClutch may suspend or terminate accounts that create risk, violate this Agreement, or appear to be used fraudulently, unlawfully, or by an unauthorized person.

5. User Content, Inputs, and Outputs

You retain ownership of extracurricular activities, volunteer hours, descriptions, reflections, achievements, profile information, notes, files, and other information you submit, enter, upload, or log through MyClutch, referred to in this Agreement as User Content or Inputs.

You grant MyClutch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, transmit, process, analyze, and otherwise use your User Content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, improve, and support the Service, including generating dashboards, summaries, exports, portfolio views, and other outputs requested through your account.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content and any output you choose to submit to a school, college, scholarship program, organization, or third party.

6. User Conduct Restrictions

You agree that you will not use MyClutch for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• sharing accounts or login credentials with any other person;
• creating false identities, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your affiliation with a school, organization, parent, guardian, certifier, or volunteer sponsor;
• falsifying extracurricular activities, service hours, awards, leadership positions, certifications, attendance, dates, supervisors, or supporting records;
• manually or automatically scraping, harvesting, copying, indexing, or extracting platform data, user data, software behavior, or service content;
• using bots, crawlers, scripts, browser automation, or other automated means to access, test, overload, or interact with the Service without written authorization;
• introducing viruses, worms, malware, malicious code, exploit payloads, or other harmful materials;
• attempting to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, access controls, security controls, or technical restrictions;
• reverse engineering, decompiling, copying, reselling, sublicensing, or creating derivative services from MyClutch except as permitted by applicable law.

7. Payments, Paid Features, and Exports

MyClutch may offer paid features, including export tools or portfolio preparation resources. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment processor. MyClutch does not store full payment card numbers.

Exports and generated materials are based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all exported or generated records before relying on or submitting them.

8. Disclaimers

MyClutch does not guarantee admission to any school, college, university, program, scholarship, internship, award, volunteer opportunity, or other outcome. MyClutch does not certify service hours, verify student activities, or guarantee acceptance of any record by a third party.

MyClutch may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated Agreement will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of MyClutch after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
